YOGA FOR autism & students
Yoga poses and movement woven with creative art, stories & a box of regulation tools for students of all ages. Special experience as a behavior technician with 10 years of quality time spent working with children with autism or specific needs in recreational settings, clinic, in-home and in the yoga studio. Benefits include developing body awareness, fine and gross motor skills, imitation, concentration, etc.
Vinyasa Slow Flow
This style of practice will start slow with focus on the breath then grow into holding poses and connecting them through a flow. Students leave feeling calm in the bones and strength in the muscles. Other styles available are Yin, Meditation, Power, Hula-Hoop & Prenatal.
Pick unique location
Private in home sessions. Small-group at work practice. Bachelorette & birthday celebrations outdoors. Where we practice is up to you. We can meet at your business, school, or in a nature space like the coast, or a majestic Savannah park. Option to reserve a space for rental cost.
SAVANNAH, GA
A walk through shade and rays, across cobblestone streets, and a path lined with historic buildings, leads you to the mat for an artistic practice. Expect fresh breaths under Savannah’s large oaks, that sprinkle with Spanish Moss, to grow you deep into peace at a park like Forsyth or one of Savannah’s many green squares.
Tybee Island, GA
Imagine long exhales next to soothing waves, accompanied by a light breeze on the skin, a blissful view of ocean water and the sun’s vibrancy all around. This environment awakens the senses, slows the mind & eases spirit.
YOGA GEAR
All we ever need for yoga is our breath. However, yoga mats are recommended for indoors, and tapestries for the beach. Set of blocks and/or straps for modifications can be added to your session upon request (limited availability). Lavender cold cloths available for groups under 25 participants. Essential oil roller ball available for an additional cost.
